3. Order Acceptance & Price Adjustments
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity, unauthorized reseller purchasing, product unavailability, or typographical pricing errors. In the event of order cancellation, any debited funds will be refunded immediately.

4. Chargebacks & Friendly Fraud
Filing fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks ("friendly fraud") without first attempting resolution through our customer service team directly violates these Terms. If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated dishonestly, we reserve the right to submit carrier delivery logs, GPS postal coordinates, and customer communications to processing networks, and report fraud to relevant consumer reporting agencies.

5. Mandatory Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

- Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to your purchase, use of our products, or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through individual, binding arbitration rather than in court.
